Best Boiler Work in Minneapolis MN

I had a great experience working with MN Plumbing and Heating. I first had them out to fix some plumbing issues on two of my sinks---switching from flexible piping to regular piping. The plumber was on time and taught me tips and tricks throughout the process. Later in the week I had my furnace inspected and an estimate given on a new furnace. Scheduling was easy, the guys were prompt, and the installation went smoothly. No complaints! Would definitely use them again.

I am very frustrated. They come highly recommended and other than one service call two years ago the last two times I have called the customer representative has done everything in their power to discourage me choosing them. I will not try again. Increased review after they saw this they offered to come out. They were responsive and professional. The person who came out didn't offer solutions just a need to look more. Another company came out and fixed two issues that made a huge difference in one hour.

Jesse is a personable young man with a positive attitude and a quick smile. He serviced both of our heating units and then sat with me and had a few suggestions going forward. (I really have to remember to change the filters!). Plus he serviced the humidifier equipment. Jesse is the reason why I only useSt. Paul Heatiing... good people and excellent service. Give this young man a raise!

John is a true pro. Great customer service and approach to plumbing problem solving. They know how to handle old MPLS homes. Recommend and will use again.

Zach did an excellent job for us from the initial bid, to the complete install and cleanup of our water heater replacement. His performance of this project was very professional and friendly. Thank you!

Too bad I have to even pick 1 star. My service was for a stoppage, I chose what was closest to my issue, but I noted that the problem was water bubbling in kitchen and toilets when water was draining in other areas of the house. From the moment the technician arrived he was abrasive and rude. He flushed a toilet, walked around the outside perimeter of my home and said he couldn't help me. He advised me that I would have to call another company to address my problem and he thought it might be clogged vents. He refused to try and see if there was a clog elsewhere or do any other work. Considering he was wearing nice jeans, a nice tshirt and was worried more about the grass that got on his shoe than listening to my concerns I'm not surprised he didn't want to inspect the cleanouts (we have 3) under the house. After speaking to his mgr he told me he was going outside to make a call to my warranty company. He got into his van and drove away. Awesome service! I will make sure to tell my friends.
