Dave from Roto-Rooter came out to install a couple of new valves on the main water line. He was on time and did a thoroughly professional job. He also helped to coordinate the water shut-off and restart with the city water department. Everything went flawlessly. He even allowed me to use a coupon that I was not able to print out at the time due to a non-functioning printer. I highly recommend using their services.

RTSR sent Frank F. to our home to inspect and clean the drain of our Utility Sink. I thought we might need more than a drain clean and we did. Frank was able to get us up and running before leaving and we were able to avoid another visit for now. Very transparent with the service and fees + the price was fair. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.
