Came out to repair my air conditioning unit (I specified this when I called). They charge me $159.00 to tell me they will be charging me $740 to fix it, BUT if I sign a contract with them, they'll include the $159 as part of the $740. Absolutely rip-off. Go elsewhere.EDIT: I see you've responded to this, so I have a couple of questions about that.1. If your repair team came out and saw that it couldn't be repaired, why did they go ahead with the order, charge me for the repair and THEN tell me it couldn't be fixed?2. Once this mix-up happened, I was told you would refund me the difference between a diagnosis charge and a repair charge. Still waiting on THAT.

The service guy, Jason, was very polite while doing a maintenance check on my water heater. He took one look at my heater and warned me about a recalled part, clearly knew what he was doing. Was not intrusive at all as I work from home.

Pronto came out a week ago and said they could not reproduce the problem and would have to come back and asked me to get video of the system failing, which I did. I rescheduled last Friday for today 12-2pm. Now the AC has totally failed and we are all at work sweating. Pronto calls at 1:15 saying that they do not work on rooftop commercial AC units. The fixed it about 3 years ago and their tech was just up there a week ago! So they wait to tell me this when they are supposed to be here! In 25 year I have not seen a local business be so unprofessional!
