I’ve been using Pronto for almost ten years now, and every time I’m pleasantly surprised by how responsive they are. They always get someone out to deal with your issue very quickly. Their technicians are friendly (Pronto actually sends a photo of the technician ahead of time so you know who you’re letting into your house). They don’t push unnecessary repairs, do a good job of explaining the situation, and seem very fair and upfront. Peter was the most recent technician to live up to this, but they’ve all been good. No one ever wants to deal with unexpected furnace issues, but I highly recommend Pronto if you need your furnace checked. I also think they’re locally owned, which is a nice bonus.

The guy didn't check his work, so I need to call another plumber to do the job. They are very expensive - $200 for a 10 min job, and he didn't even check to see if it was working. The owner and the plumber were rude and very impatient. They don't guarantee their work. Call someone else to get the job done right at an affordable price. Not sure how they stay in business since their focus is on commercial work.

Commercial and residential. We have used Gust Plumbing for 20 years. They are dependable, honest, and fair priced. We don't use anyone else because they are so good. I highly recommend them for any plumbing projects.

My first interactions with RightMark were positive. Mark took the time to talk us through a whole list of minor issues that were flagged in our home inspection. When he let us know his pricey hourly rate, we pared down our list significantly to the red-flagged items only. By then, however, we'd shown our cards as naive first-time homeowners.

When Mark's plumber arrived, he didn't have the updated pared down list, so we had to pay for the time it took to explain the updated list. When the plumber took off the toilet to change the wax ring, he told us our toilet was beyond repair and asked us whether we wanted to buy a new toilet then and there. We had to take him at his word, and we really had no choice but to say yes because we only have one bathroom and we don't have a car.

We ended up having to pay for the plumber's time to pick up the toilet plus the marked-up price on the toilet plus time to retrieve a different seat because he picked up the wrong one the first time around. We also had to pay for the time it took for the plumber to find out from Mark how much the toilet would cost. Mark was in a meeting when the plumber first called, so we had to pay for the plumber to wait for Mark's response. And the plumber wasn't clear in the quote that he gave for the toilet whether it was for parts or parts and labor. I misunderstood that the quote was for parts and labor.

In the end, to replace the wax ring and the toilet, dispose of the old toilet, and to have one pipe connection manually tightened and one gas pipe capped, we paid a whopping $851.

Mr. Plumbing has provided our plumbing service needs for some time, from repairing and replacing leaky pipes, broken faucets, and out-of-date systems like our sump pump. The service has always been prompt, reliable, and professional. Most importantly, the prices have been very competitive for quality components. We would not call anyone else!

Great group of people! K & Q Plumbing and Heating installed the toilets and cleaned the floor first, repaired shower thermostat. The plumber also advised me how to replace 2 pop-up drains. I'll bring K & Q Plumbing and Heating back to install a new hot water heater and inspect the drains next month. I'm really pleased I called the compacny for this work.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
