Best Water Heater Installation in Minneapolis MN

I hired Lake State Plumbing to repair all the plumbing in a new to me house. Busted pipes, leaks behind walls, in ceilings, etc. did not stop or slow them down. They installed a free standing tub, Roman faucet, 2 regular toilets, 3 wall hung toilets, 2 tubs, pot filler in the kitchen, fridge water line, replaced all the fixtures, faucets, trims, etc. These guys know their plumbing codes and dare I say are not afraid of anything. I had them out three times to do all the work and I would not hesitate to hire them again on time and materials. They move with incredibly accurate speed and do not mess around. Highly recommended company!

Be very careful in negotiations with this company. I called their company up and asked if they could beat a price of 390 plus dollars, he said yes. He beat the price by a few dollars. When the service man came out, I asked him what they change. It was 160 for the first hour and 80 dollars after that. The service man was there less than an hour. He still changed me over 299 dollars for time. I asked him why you are charging me above your rate, he said that is what we agreed too. I can not argue that, but I did find a better plumber than this. He got me, I will not use them again.

Called Ken's when we found a spraying leak on our main water line where it meets the city's water meter. He got someone out quickly and also contacted the city about getting the special replacement part that was needed. From beginning-to-end, it was a very enjoyable experience and I really got the feeling that they went the extra mile. Also, the final repair cost was less than some of the bigger plumbing companies wanted just to come out and look at the problem. Highly recommended!

My AC went out when it was in the 90’s all week. I Filled out a contact form on Sunday night and never heard anything from them by noon Monday, so I called. They told me they couldn’t get out until Thursday afternoon and it would be something like $180 just to come out. I scheduled the appointment, but decided to troubleshoot myself.On Tuesday afternoon it took about 5 minutes to figure out that it was the capacitor that was bad. I called again to see if I could get the part through them so I know I have the right part for my unit and was told they won’t sell parts. I found a local hardware store that sells a compatible part for $15 and I had AC again on Tuesday evening.If I had waited, I would have had to suffer the heat for 4 days and had to pay almost $200 for a $15 part and 5 minutes of work. Do yourself a favor and check google or call another HAVC company before calling Pronto. They’re a rip off.

The people are great to work with. Work fast and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
