TJK pluming was out and did another great job. Kyle was here on time and did an great job. He was able to come the same day I called about a backed up bathroom sink. I highly recommend them. This was the third time they helped me with this old house. I can't remember who was here before but Sid and Kyle were both helpful and helped me feel good about their work.

We had recently purchased a home and almost immediately detected a backed up complicated sewer / toilet. the problem was not addressed by another company and Corey was great at addressing and diagnosing the problem on a Saturday, offering immediate and long term solutions to our problem that was bigger than we anticipated. I originally scheduled them to replace my garbage disposal. When Joe saw how new the disposal looked, he offered to repair it instead. Cichys replaced a section of sewer pipe at my new house - they were communicative and changed my time up after I told them we had an issue with a backup. Overall the work was clean and professional and they took pictures to show as I was out of town when they were there.

I gave Sabastian a plumbing job for a house. At first, things seemed to be going well. We were quoted a price that included all of the plumbing needs verbally. As time went on he changed what the price included. Now we are being told that the plumbing in the kitchen, basement bathroom, and the back flow are separate costs. That would be an additional cost to the $5500 original fee we were quoted. My recommendation is to make sure every thing is written and signed off on when using this company. I’m very disappointed in the service provided.

I mainly called this service to install a new Kraus drop in sink; not a big deal, they quoted $450-700 over the phone with a basic sink install. Then they said $942 for an install with a sink that we already purchased. Just labor!!!

I could change out the shower heads and handles in both bathrooms myself as it’s pretty much screw on and off, but the estimate came back at $1,425 for one bathroom with the valve replacement. Again, all the parts already purchased. The valve was super easy to get to, with the Sheetrock on the other side held on by 1 screw.

The downstairs I did in 15 minutes myself. They wanted $375.

Don’t use this service, my wife was the one that answered the door and they just ripped her off assuming she didn’t know anything about pricing.

I paid $69 for the estimate, they should pay me back for me wasting my time with their bait and switch,
