Can’t say enough. Very professional, knowledgeable and qualified folks not only that come to your house but who you talk to on the phone. Even their communication system is top 10. You might be paying a bit more, but you are certainly getting what you pay for and more. If you don’t care about quality and just want the cheapest price, or you are just the reactive type and not proactive in sharing to make sure things are covered before they break based on good professional guidance like Hartlaub provides, you most likely will look and go elsewhere.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Omer. He responded to my initial call within 10 minutes, and scheduled to be at my house within an hour.
Omer thoroughly explained the problems with my furnace, as well as my options for moving forward. At no time did I feel pressured to do something I wasn’t sure about. Omer restored my heat within a half hour, and returned the following evening for a part replacement.
My furnace hadn’t been serviced in years, and Omer put me at ease, not making me feel foolish.

Jared came to our house to hook up our city water . He was very professional, informative, on time, and did a great job. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!

This is our second time using Action Heating and Cooling. Because the heating system is radiant hot water, they sent out Mike again. Mike called me when he was on his way so I could meet him at the property.

He was able to troubleshoot the reason why the heat went out and fixed it pretty quickly. Since he had some time in the hour billing, he took a look at the other furnace for the upstairs unit and did some preventive maintenance on it..which would have most likely required another call down the line if we had let it go longer.

I feel Mike was honest about what needed to be done and he worked efficiently. He explained the issues to me when I had questions. He also pointed out a maintenance issue in the basement that was unrelated to the furnaces so I could correct it immediately.

I recommend Action Heating and Cooling and if you have an older radiant heat system, ask for Mike.

They did a good job fixing my mother-in-law's toilet.

I called to have someone install a railing on our front porch. Two steps and the landing. Took three phone calls to get someone to come out. When he finally did, he looked, did not even bring a tape measure and said to to Menards and buy the railing and call me back. Asked three times for a installation price and he kept saying depends. Finally said $300. a railing. This is to put in three post on each side. I said, so I just measure it and get the parts. His reply was they are about four foot pieces. Never measured. I did not expect to measure myself, buy the parts and hope they are correct and then call him back. He gave nothing writing to even know if you would not charge me more than $600. for this installation. Very unprofessional, no business cards, just a first name. Really acted like he was not interested in the job. $600. or more to install two little pieces of railing also seems a bit excessive. Would never use them again if this how all the people that are signed up with them operate.
