Very prompt and helpful just a little pricey

I was so impressed with Knight Plumbing when they arrived at my home. They were very professional and courteous to me and my family. At first I was a little nervous, because I have heard about plumbing disasters, but I am happy to report we had no disasters. They fixed the issue, told me upfront what the cost would be and explained the work would entail and kept us updated on the process as they worked. I must say, it was very refreshing to see a young lady doing some of the work too. So with that being said, Knight Plumbing will definitely be my go to service for my plumbing needs. Great job!

I have used Brian for over 10 years. Up until now, he’s been very good (which is why I cannot give him 1 star) but it seems he’s gotten busier and busier. Unfortunately, it seems he’s unable to keep up with business, or get back to people when he says he will. He recently came to my rental property to look at a faucet and sink. He showed up and spent minutes looking at the issue and stated he’d get back with me regarding the cost to fix, since I was off-site.

That was two weeks ago. I called the office and Brian every day for a week, and sent text messages. All have been ignored, or Brian has responded saying “I’ll call you in a bit”. Well, it must be a reall big and long bit, because I’ve received no correspondence whatsoever, and I’ve called to complain about that. I did however receive a text message from the office stating “They can pound sand!” And then was promptly told that it was not directed toward me but for a delivery they were waiting for.

Not sure why it’s become so difficult to work with these guys :(
