Had them install new sink and faucet which we boight ahead of time and reconnect plumbing after we had new countertops installed. After he gave me an estimate on price for the job he started install.Service tech was nice, asked questions on my preferences and he was done very quickly. I asked him to fix a drip on our fridge water line which he had done in just a few minutes. We will use agin if needed.

I had a burst water pipe to my outdoor hose that needed repair. Borth-Wilson was happy to come out at a time that was convenient for me. Their Customer Service was awesome & professional on the phone when I needed to schedule their visit. The repair man was on time, and worked quickly. He was friendly with great communication about what needed to be done. He also repaired another faucet for me and advised me on an easy fix in my shower so I could handle that myself! Happy to help.
Would definitely call on Borth-Wilson if ever the need comes up again!

I have worked here for 3 years and it is truly an amazing place. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The pipe and plumbing fabrication shops are exceptional, and the sheet metal shop is superb. Oh! Don't me get started on the shop warehouse. The shop manager is hands down one of the kindest, chrasmatic, professional, hardworking people I have had the pleasure of having him into my existence. Too darn bad the scale stops at 5! Zachow is the plumber our contractor when we gutted a bathroom. They did an outstanding job. A walk in tub, new sink and vanity, new shower and new toilet. They had to drill through reinforced concrete to install the new tub drains and they did a really nice job. Very easy to work with, great craftsmanship and we will keep using them.

I have my house up for sale and the new buyer wants 2 issues fixed as part of the sale. So I called ac plumbing. I told them what needed to be fixed. The man I talked to said not a problem I can fix that up for you. Send me a text with all the info. So I did 5 days later I am still waiting for a call back from his company to schedule a time and an appointment. I will never hire them for plumbing needs.
