Kinsley Lyne Company did the floors after I renovated my new home in the fifth ward, I was so happy with their quick turn around time that I ended up using them to do my windows as well! Asked for an ASAP appointment, was told they had availability today. Shortly after, I got a text and an email that Ray was being assigned.

Ray called to let me know he was on his way and arrived right at the start of my arrival window.

He deftly handled the issues, was happy to answer my questions, was happy to walk my new basement and give his thoughts, which were that stuff will need updating, but nothing is currently critical.

Repairs went efficiently. Ray was great. Never pushed sales, always willing to answer questions. Seemed knowledgeable. Will be calling Rozga for any and all future plumbing needs.
