We called Hartlaub because our sump pump went out and we needed to get it fixed ASAP. Angel and Benny came out and determined that not only did the sump go out but there were a few other things that weren't up to code. They were able to fix everything quickly as well as answer all my questions that I had along the way. I'd definitely recommend them if you're looking for honest and professional help.

I live two blocks from their office in Shorewood and was charged a $39 trip fee. To clean and inspect my boiler was $264.00 I had it cleaned and inspected one year later from a different service as the price was $115.00 and the technician said the pilot and all of the burners was clogged and crudded and had not been cleaned in over 10 years. I bought the house from a family that used Knauer for maintenance and cleaning for over ten years, so I continued using them. They never cleaned it and overcharged me.

Justin was my service provider. He provided me with excellent service today. He appears to be very knowledgeable in his field and was able to solve the problem very quickly and efficiently. It was very nice to work with someone as pleasant as Justin.

We called Cliff Bergin today because we had no hot water and within 45 mins Jason was here. He explained what was wrong and all our options. He replaced our water heater and reviewed maintenance and what to look for if problems. Excellent response, excellent work and friendly, helpful service.
