Isaac came by our house today as we were moving in to help with a washing machine connection and piping issue. Not only did Isaac fix the issue but he went above and beyond to help my wife and I consider other issues in our plumbing. Needed a water heater installed after mine stopped working outside of warranty. No hot water in the house for 3 days 🥶. 24 hrs after I made the call I was able to take a hot shower again! Good price and good service. Thank you Dayton!!!

I hired Cliff Bergin to replace my galvanized steel water pipes with new copper pipes, and to install a new water heater. Chuck and Mario were the plumbers on day one and did a great job. I had some remaining flow issues so Chuck came back the next day to work on these. He was fabulous. He took time to logically and thoroughly diagnose the issues, and replaced what was needed to fix the problem. I have been an existing customer of another plumbing company for quite a few years but Cliff Bergin is now my official plumber and I highly recommend them and Chuck's plumbing skills. We set up two appointments for quotes. The first time the contractor didn't show up and didn't call. He called the following morning with an excuse about not budgeting his time for a job and he couldn't make it to our house. No explanation provided for the lack of courtesy call The office called saying he was sick. We set up another appointment the following day. Once again he didn't show up and didn't call. There won't be a third appointment.
