I had them replace my dry wall and floors They did incredible work, and the young man (hunter) was so polite. He worked hard and did good work. The prices were reasonable as well. I would definitely use them for any future work.

Called to get the key fixed on main pipe for water which I SPECIFICALLY said was on the bottom. Appointment was scheduled then the day of appointment told technician would be delayed. That’s understandable because jobs can have unexpected pop ups. My appointment was for nine he arrived at twelve. Goes to do the work and tells me it can’t be done as he had the wrong part Because was told by office it was the top part. Now I’ve wasted half a day for nothing.

The tech who came out had no idea what was wrong and spent half the time texting photos to a more experienced person to try to figure out what was wrong and the other half trying to take apart and put the furance back together. After an hour and a half he still had no idea what was wrong and didn't have any idea where to go next to figure out the problem. I may as well have thrown the $213 it cost me into the furnace and saved myself the half day I blocked off for his arrival. He left and my furnace was no closer to being fixed. If you use this company ask for a tech to come out who has training in the field or for one to accompany the lesser trained employee. Otherwise you may as well google the problem and attempt to do it yourself.

Horrible Home Depot. Everyone is always walking around doing nothing and never wants to help when asked. Poor customer service

Should have known better than to give this company the benefit of the doubt after reading some reviews. Plumber showed up on time for the quote but refused to go down in the crawlspace (which needed to be done to check for a gas line). Insisted that it did not. Claimed he would get back to us the next day with a quote. It has been a week and no word. Do not waste your time.
