Omer was able to come out within 30 minutes of my call and arrived wearing a mask and with a sanitized pen for me to use. He explained what was wrong with my furnace and explained what types of preventive maintenance I could do to help optimize my furnace's output and keep it running longer. I highly recommend O&W because of their promptness, courteous servicepeople, and thoroughness.

On a Sunday we walked into 4” of water in our basement… the problem was tree roots blocking our main sewer line…. He was more specific but that’s what I remember…. They unclogged it (augured it) and scoped it. Let us know what is going on and what we are going to have to do in The future…. I expected this to cost an arm and a leg especially since it is Sunday… I was very happy with the price and the work! Thank you soooooo much!!!!

KG Stevens just completed an upgrade to my kitchen with new countertop, Kohler sink and hands free faucet. Jason was the plumber working on the reconnect and install of the hands free faucet. He took the project as far as he could but pointed out that I needed new outlet for the faucet to be hands free. Sarah Kunde from KG Stevens assisted in getting a Seider electrician to come and install the necessary electrical. Dom was the electrician and was prompt, professional and a pleasure to work with. All in all an excellent experience. Kudos to Seider for such a fine team.
