Best Electrical Work in Milwaukee WI
I had a very good experience with the company. From the receptionists to Jeff the technician I was informed of the work needed and led through the process. I really appreciate the work they did and how quickly they were able to make it out. I would highly recommend them

Dennis fixed 3 leaks under my kitchen sink! It's desert dry under there now! He cleaned up after the work and did a super job! I'm a happy camper!

I had such a horrible experience with this company. Especially with their tech Jim. Who by the way is very unprofessional and rude. As soon as he saw my furnace he said, I'm not touching this. He did not know how to trace conduit for incoming power disconnect switch. Another tech had to come out and take a look at it. Joe was more professional and so knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all my questions. You can tell he knew what he was doing. Not like Jim who conducted poor service. I would not recommend this company at all. I even left a voicemail for the manager. Not a surprise she never called me back. Shows you how this company conducts their business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We recently moved into a house and this was our first time hiring a plumber. That being said, it was daunting to decide who we wanted to go with. Jay from Norman’s Home Improvements made the decision easier for us, as he was thoughtful and willing to discuss our possible plumbing issues right away, before even booking an appointment. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Norman’s to anyone who was looking for assistance. Our experience was a good one, and our issue was resolved with one visit. The total cost was especially reasonable, and we feel we learned a lot in the process – it is always a great thing when someone is willing to explain things to you and answer questions, versus just completing the job.
I reached out to numerous plumbers and companies, but Jay’s response stood out right away. While most people were happy to give me a (fairly high) ballpark quote which left me wondering if I would be taken advantage of for my lack of plumbing knowledge, Jay was happy to discuss the possibilities of why our kitchen sink had stopped working for no apparent reason ahead of time, before even booking an appointment. He was able to come take a look at our sink just a couple of days later, on a Friday evening. He spent some time discussing the plumbing of our house with us in general, which was extremely helpful as we only moved a few weeks ago. He was happy to answer questions and make sure we understood things, which we really appreciated. He was professional and explained the cost ahead of time after diagnosing the issue and prior to completing additional work beyond the base service fee for the visit.
Norman’s Home Improvements was a good first experience for us, and I would gladly hire them in the future for additional work. In addition to plumbing, they also do work on electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. We would highly recommend Norman’s and we especially appreciated the willingness to not only perform the work but explain the process to us as well.
