I had persistent issues with basement flooding in my business. Spent a lot of money trying to get this issue resolved with three other companies previously but a few weeks later my basement would smell like the sewer or start filling with water again. 3 months since KLC did the work I haven’t had a problem since! Very satisfied!!

Omer thoroughly explained the problems with my furnace, as well as my options for moving forward. At no time did I feel pressured to do something I wasn’t sure about. Omer restored my heat within a half hour, and returned the following evening for a part replacement.
My furnace hadn’t been serviced in years, and Omer put me at ease, not making me feel foolish.
Can’t say enough about his customer service, consistent communication, and knowledge! Omer also went above and beyond to keep the cost down.
