Omer installed a new furnace and hot water heater in 2016 and we have been using him for all our heating/cooling needs since. He always reminds of filter change dates and is quick with scheduling. His work is great and his customer service is awesome. He will come for any emergency and always answers if we have a question. Thanks for awesome service we highly recommend them!

The came change my old pipes. The only reason I give them 4 stars cause they put all the old pipes in my trash can. My city don’t except this kind of trash. I don’t know where to throw the old pipes now cause I took them out of the trash so I don’t get a big fine from the city. Professional and on time. Prices are fare.

Journeymen that work there are great, but Brennan sends you a lump sum bill and won't respond to any questions regarding it. I have tried for over 4 months to pay a bill, but I get a different answer every time I ask. I sent a letter to one of the owners, again trying to resolve the $500 plus bill, but never got a response. Horrible customer service. It's too bad as the journeymen that come out for service have always been great. Other tenants in our building downtown also complain about they feel they have been overcharged many times. We have a great HVAC contractor in Brookfield that we'll have to use in the future.

I was adding a half bath to our basement and realized I was in over my head with the drain pipes. Called Powerhouse and they were able to come out within 4 business days which was awesome. Matt and Kenny did an awesome job and got everything plumbed for me to finish the bathroom. Very responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend and will be calling them for future projects

could do w alot of less hanging out between workers and more towards customer service would be great
