Contacted them to unclog my upstairs bathroom drain as well as about replacing my old drum trap. They were initially very responsive which was great but they never showed up the day of my appointment. I contacted them back and told them and they said someone was supposed to have contacted me about not making it but they never did. I did choose to reschedule since they were responsive so far. The next appointment was supposed to be first thing Monday morning and again they were a no show. Contacted them again about it but no response now.

Very unprofessional. Go someplace else.

Nice guys but poor work. Very unsatisfied with the ductwork I had put in for a new fan filter, not a lot of confidence that they were doing things right, just quick and cheap. I am actively getting quotes to re-do the work from other contractors. I will never use them again.

We had a plumbing emergency and had to locate a plumber to help us in a pinch. The staff at PJ's was the only plumbing service to call us back quickly and within the hour someone was at our door ready to fix the problem. Our plumbing issue was even worse than we we thought. We were scared we would not be able to afford the repairs. They reassured us they would do all they could to make sure we had plumbing and we would not have a huge bill. They were right! They fixed our plumbing the very next day ( was not an easy fix). They were very proffesional, cleaned up after themselves ( what little mess they made), and didn't charge us an arm and leg. They did a great job hooking up sink and dishwasher and fixing a drainage issue . They were also on time and very professional. Would recommend to anyone. Please give them a call for any of your plumbing needs.

WoW, where do I begin....if I could give them zero stars, I would. First off, they tore up all my drywall trying to find a leak. Took them 2 days and 1500 in drywall and ceiling repairs, but they “found” it. They charged me like 850. Two weeks later, same leak, same spot. Terrible service, terrible job. I will never bother with them again!

could do w alot of less hanging out between workers and more towards customer service would be great
