My husband and I have trusted Omer with O & W Heating and Cooling for the past couple years to do our furnace and A/C tune ups. He always does a thorough job. I really like how he takes the time to explain his work, and he gives very honest advice about whether something really needs to be done, as a priority, or could wait awhile. I never feel like he is trying to sell extra necessary services.
A competitor had a special for slightly less than Omer's price of an A/C tune up but we went with Omer because we trust his work, and that is hard to find! I was nervous about calling Heiden based on the reviews but proceeded because: 1) My plumber friend recommended this place and 2) most of the negative reviews were about failed callbacks rather than the work. So I called Heiden and was told a plumber would call me back about my issue and to schedule a time. That did not happen so I understand some of the negative reviews. I called Heiden back the next day, explained how I never got a callback, and that person scheduled me on the spot. I'm glad I called back because I'm really happy with the work and with Scott in particular. My plumbing situation was tricky due to old pipes that were oddly configured and he explained all the options he could take without pressuring me into anything. I opted for the comprehensive and best long-term option that involved replacing a very old and clogged pipe by cutting a hole in my dining room ceiling. Scott was super thorough, explained everything, tested everything multiple times, and took immaculate care of my house. It wasn't the cheapest ($1,060 for about 5 hours of work and this doesn't include the cost to patch the hole in my dining room ceiling) but the work seems to be holding up. Scott is now my go-to guy for all plumbing and he should be yours too.
