This summer I had a HUGE hiccup with my mobile business and I cannot tell you what a lifesaver AL and Jesse were at Milwaukee Plumbing, along with their coworkers(don't remember all their names).... Not only did they keep their word on timing etc...., they made sure the day before I was going to pass inspection and they even had my faucet fixed as there was a glitch too... I will definitely recommend them to anyone and thank you to you all, you made a bad situation from someone else's unprofessionalism from a different company into a great one with you! 5 plus stars!

Last week I wrote a review that was critical of Milestone Plumbing. It turns out that the company did try to contact me through email with instructions on how to fix an outdoor faucet that continued to leak. Due to the wonders of the internet it went into my spam file and I did not see it. Milestone contacted me by phone to further clarify the situation and promised to send a plumber to inspect my installation. True to their word the plumber arrived yesterday and solved the problem. I have a sales background and their effort in correcting my problem was exceptional. Customer service is so important that anytime it goes beyond the average and achieves the highest level of satisfaction it should be noted. Milestone has reached that level.

I would highly recommend this company. They were fast, accurate and very friendly.

Needed gas lines run to the outside. Mike from Seider came out right away, spec'd and priced the job. The job was scheduled very quickly with a short turn around. Eddie was our installer. He was very polite, courteous and efficient. Very happy with their work. All around a great experience with Mike and Eddie.
