The team was absolutely wonderful. As a first time home owner, I wasn’t sure what all was happening when my furnace stopped producing heat. Dan was wonderful and providing diagnostic advice until Anthony was able to come and see the equipment. Anthony was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and was able to solve the problem within the hour. Highly recommend.

I visited my 99 year old father who needed some assistance with Dr. appointments. While walking through the basement I observed the water heater that was in very bad shape. I called Seider for an appointment. The following day Scott arrived and took one look at the water. It needed replacement. The schedule was full but I only had one more day in WI., March 2, so he called scheduling and made us the 2nd job for the next day. Scott and Mark replaced the old water heater (installed in 1993) with a new one, gave instructions on care and maintenance and answered several other questions on Dad's plumbing concerns. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. I returned to Texas feeling very good about their work and service. My sister subsequently used Seider to assist with Dad's furnace inspection and Service. Thanks to you all from the Dunn family.
