Last week Omer Hamden of O and W Heating and Cooling did a complete installation of a furnace and AC unit at my home. As a bonus, he installed a Honeywell Lyric smart thermostat. Which is currently running a 100 dollar rebate offer through Focus on Energy. In the four plus years that Omer has provided me with HVAC services he has always taken the time to walk me through the WHOLE process. Explaining how and why HVAC systems work the way they do. I would recommend anyone in need of a HVAC service person to give O and W Heating and Cooling a call.

I was nervous about calling Heiden based on the reviews but proceeded because: 1) My plumber friend recommended this place and 2) most of the negative reviews were about failed callbacks rather than the work. So I called Heiden and was told a plumber would call me back about my issue and to schedule a time. That did not happen so I understand some of the negative reviews. I called Heiden back the next day, explained how I never got a callback, and that person scheduled me on the spot. I'm glad I called back because I'm really happy with the work and with Scott in particular. My plumbing situation was tricky due to old pipes that were oddly configured and he explained all the options he could take without pressuring me into anything. I opted for the comprehensive and best long-term option that involved replacing a very old and clogged pipe by cutting a hole in my dining room ceiling. Scott was super thorough, explained everything, tested everything multiple times, and took immaculate care of my house. It wasn't the cheapest ($1,060 for about 5 hours of work and this doesn't include the cost to patch the hole in my dining room ceiling) but the work seems to be holding up. Scott is now my go-to guy for all plumbing and he should be yours too.

Justin was my service provider. He provided me with excellent service today. He appears to be very knowledgeable in his field and was able to solve the problem very quickly and efficiently. It was very nice to work with someone as pleasant as Justin.

I tried to use the business. I reached out to get an estimate on a list of tasks that needed to be done. A person can over I handed him a printed list and we did a walk through. Told me they would get neck to meet shortly. Never heard back. Called the business twice after and never heard back. Both people who answered the phone told me I'll hear back by the next day. Didn't happen. I went ahead and used a different service for assistance.
