Ran new water line from the pump to new manufactured home and connected/changed old plumbing extending to existing buildings. Plumber was very good, kept us updated and always was there when he said he would be.

Allen did a great job, came out for a consult and installed new faucet all on the same day! We've never been able to use the sink since we owned the house for over a year, so my only regret is not calling Hartlaub sooner for this service!

We contacted o & w. He quickly came out and gave us a quote asap. Even though he was very busy due to a heat wave. He got the job done fast and was very explanatory with the whole process. He worked around our schedules and was in and out in no time. Thank you now we won't be hot anymore unless we want to be lol. I am ready for the summer!!

Heiden is thorough, honest, and local. My mother had persistent basement spillover from a maze of 1950s plumbing/sewer. Several other plumbers wouldn't even look at the job - don't do basements. The Heiden supervisor arrived the next day, took time to troubleshoot, and in two days the plumber arrived on time, installed a PVC cleanout, and even removed an unusable fixture. Everyone I dealt with was a problem solver, and I would use them again with confidence.

I called to have someone install a railing on our front porch. Two steps and the landing. Took three phone calls to get someone to come out. When he finally did, he looked, did not even bring a tape measure and said to to Menards and buy the railing and call me back. Asked three times for a installation price and he kept saying depends. Finally said $300. a railing. This is to put in three post on each side. I said, so I just measure it and get the parts. His reply was they are about four foot pieces. Never measured. I did not expect to measure myself, buy the parts and hope they are correct and then call him back. He gave nothing writing to even know if you would not charge me more than $600. for this installation. Very unprofessional, no business cards, just a first name. Really acted like he was not interested in the job. $600. or more to install two little pieces of railing also seems a bit excessive. Would never use them again if this how all the people that are signed up with them operate.
