Best Plumbing Pipe Repair in Milwaukee WI

We had a sewer backup in our basement that we noticed on Friday at 10:30pm, I called around on Saturday morning and was having trouble finding someone who could get out to us before Monday afternoon. I called this company and they knew what I needed right away and were out to us before 12pm today (Saturday). They were quick, friendly, informative and VERY reasonably priced! Will definitely use them again!

They televised the line to isolate the problem, promptly submitted a clear and helpful bid, then professionally managed the excavation and repair with minimal disruption. Joe and his son Mike were here to my house within 24 hours to check the main drain. It did overflow about a gallon of black water. While they were fixing it I requested my laundry tub faucet to be replaced. They came the next day to do that. I found out by accident that my sump pump was not working. I bought a new sump pump and Gary, the last son, put it in for me after the weekend. Any messages I left on the phone were answered within 24 hours, and appointment times were made. I recommend this family of plumbers. They are reliable and answered all my questions. I will call on them as needed.

Darrell did a great job unclogging the drain below our kitchen sink + garbage disposal! He was at our home within 15 minutes of me making the call, gave us a flat rate that was reasonably priced, made quick yet thorough work of the clog, and gave us sound advice for preventing it from happening again in the future. Very, very impressed with Plugged Pipes, LLC. After getting the runaround with a few other plumbers, we found Mike and we couldn't have had a better experience. He kept things extremely clean and he and his staff were very respectful. He figured out our problem immediately and got the job done in the most timely manner. His equipment is top notch and he's extremely knowledgeable and honest. We have found our life long plumber!

Goes by milwaukee plumbing services for billing purposes. Will charge you at least $80 to walk in the door and claims all non-desperate plumbers do the same. That is a lie. Will then tell you not to purchase any replacement parts so they can get you a warranty. That is just to upcharge you. Finally, got a second quote that was nearly half the price. Look elsewhere.

They do professional work and like animals. They replaced traps, installed shower heads and faucets in old house , and replaced our old concrete laundry sink.

I called Borth-Wilson for an estimate on a kitchen remodel that I was looking at doing. I explained the situation that I was in and the timing that I was looking for this to be done (Spring 2023). The person I spoke to on the phone said this is no problem and that they will set something up for the owner to come out and give an estimate. When the owner came out to take a look it was pretty clear that they didn't want the job. The first thing he says to me was that they will not touch anything for a year or more because they are so busy, which was frustrating to hear because I told them what my timing was on the phone. So even though that timing wasn't really going to work for us, we still had him take a look at the kitchen. This is a 12x8 kitchen so it is very small. I wasn't looking to open any walls or do any major remodeling. It would have been new cabinets with countertops (7 feet long top and bottom), new sink and new floor with some updated lighting. I was not going to be going high end with any of this as it is a rental unit so it would have been medium quality cabinets, formica countertops, etc. As a rough estimate he said it'd be over $60k, which is way out of range for what needed to be done.

It was clear that they didn't want the job from the get go. Extremely disappointed in the fact that I called and explained the whole situation to them in regards to my timing and level of work needed to be done. They proceeded to schedule an appointment for an estimate and said that was no problem. Then they get there and immediately say they aren't looking at jobs until 6 months after my expected timeline and then quoted me a ridiculous price for the work. I understand contractors are extremely busy and the owner was nice enough, but what a waste of time for everyone. I took off work early to meet them for the appointment. Appointment took 5 minutes.

I have my house up for sale and the new buyer wants 2 issues fixed as part of the sale. So I called ac plumbing. I told them what needed to be fixed. The man I talked to said not a problem I can fix that up for you. Send me a text with all the info. So I did 5 days later I am still waiting for a call back from his company to schedule a time and an appointment. I will never hire them for plumbing needs.
