Our water heater broke out of nowhere on a Sunday so we called pro plumbing who we have used before. They guided us step by step on what to do until the next day when they came and installed the new heater. Great service, impeccable finish. Highly recommend!!!

Kevin Gray Design hired Nick of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Hollywood to deal with installing high end shower system fixtures to work at there best capacity. The install also included, 2 instant hot water heater, a water pressure booster. Nick is knowledgeable, professional, Honest and hard working. Everything was up and running in no time, Kevin Gray Design will be using Nick for all our Plumbing needs. We were lucky to find him.

My only complaint is they did not arrive within the 2 hr. Window. Ended up not mattering because the other stove man came early. He had a 12 to 4 window. 2 hrs puts too much pressure on the workers. Other than that they were great. The plumber fixed three problems and did a great job. I felt badly they still had a job to go to in Naples on a Friday night. Great workers!

Needed to be called multiple times for drain pipe clogs. Very responsive and attentive to my situation. Fixed the problem each time, provided assistance with the cause of the clog as well as gave us points on how to clear or unclog ourselves as to avoid costly future Repair bills. Quick to respond, came on time or even early, very fair and honest which is extremely difficult to find in this industry. Great service, highly recommend and so do many of our neighbors..

Saul was very responsive, professional and efficient. We had him install new faucets as well as replace the old metal pipes that connected to the wall. We will definitely use again when we need plumbing services.
