Recently I had a leak coming through our kitchen ceiling, I called two plumbers and they couldn’t find it! I called Dade County Leak detection and they found the leak in minutes and cleaned up all the water damage! I would definitely use them again!

This company is great! Installed 2 toilets for us and returned when called to fix the technical problems with one toilet twice. I can't thank them enough for their patience - Emir and Tony were truly professional and know what they are doing. They respond to calls promptly, show up as scheduled, follow Covid protocols (wearing masks, booties and gloves) and make sure you are completely satisfied before they go. Best of all, they will return if you need them - they stand behind their work! So happy to have found such honest, reputable plumbing professionals. I will use them again.

So a year or so ago I had a shower drain that no one seemed to be able to fix, Saul came out and fixed it. I was elated and gave friends and family his name. Recently we discovered we have a water leak, Saul came out and gave us some suggestions to keep from having the hot water run continuously. He advised us that he needed to do a water leak test to find where the leak was and told my husband and I twice that it was going to be $600. We were also having our roof done and Thanksgiving was in two days so we said OK. Once I calmed down I did research and found that there were various prices but all were half the cost of what Saul was charging. When I told him that he said we charge $279 an hour and we charge for two hours and that the 2nd hour charge would be applied to our repairs. That is not what he had initially told us. We hired a company that had a flat rate of half the cost of the $600 and it didn't matter how long it took. I sent another text to Saul to ask him what his rate per hour would be to re-route a pipe to fix the problem and his response was this, Don't do a hourly rate for that. Which really caught me off guard due to the fact that any other plumber I have contacted ALL have hourly rates. I feel that he handled this very unprofessionally and sad that he isn't the good guy I thought he was. Very Disappointing.

Not being able to find a source of a leak is a nightmare for any homeowner, Leak 1 went above and beyond to help us in such a stressful situation. I would definitely recommend them to any of my family and friends.

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Typical leak but not an easy fix. Matt from D.O solves my issue again. Very happy to have solid support for my plumbing problems.
