Brothers Backflow has been taking care of the backflows in a community I manage since 2003 and we continue to use them year after year because of their amazing customer service. Highly recommended

We used them for commercial plumbing work conducted on our sewer and relay back in 2019. Southwest plumbing invoiced for the job without closing out the permit. They were quick to invoice and collect the payment but never close out the permit resulting in a fine and county violation. They do not answer their phones or respond to voice mails and email messages. Buyer BEWARE!

The administration of the company were very helpful in finding the proper water heater. They also took care of all the permits required to change and install the new heater in a time record. I had the heater installed and running in less than 48 hours. The contractor worked superbly and I can’t be thankful enough to have warm water back.
