Best Heating System in Miami FL

It seemed like this company outsources its service to local individual plumbers - when I called their number on their website my call was ALWAYS directed to a local plumber (that means there is no way to call about a complaint!). The plumber charged me a lot for the job (which is fine as I was in a hurry to get the problem solved) and promised me to dispose the garbage. However, he failed to take away the huge chunk of garbage and when I called him he asked for another $200 to do so. The lesson I learned is that never rely on google reviews solely, at least check the company on BBB you will get more information.

I want to extend my upmost gratitude to the team of experts who assisted me with the mold remediation at my property. They were extremely responsive, communicative, helpful, friendly, & knowledgeable. Getting the mold removal done was the first step to a huge renovation project & they catered to every question and doubt I had. As soon as I saw their google reviews, I knew they wouldn't disappoint & my expectations did not waver. Very, very pleased with all the help they provided & the work they completed. Thank you, WMF!

Jose was an amazing person very professional communicative and punctual. Not only does he portray all of those qualities he’s also honest which is tremendous lack there of in today’s day. He quoted me correctly and got the job done quickly. He didn’t leave until my smart thermostat was completely set up and even walked me through it when I was having trouble. On an emergency call they Installed me a water heater for my hair salon. They were on time and professional. I will use them again. Marco

Miami Plumber has performed several plumbing and HVAC service calls for me, and on each occasion they have been responsive. Had an oil leak in my basement, and they were on-site, fixed the leak, and completed the service call in less than two hours of my initial phone contact. That is prompt service!

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

We used them for commercial plumbing work conducted on our sewer and relay back in 2019. Southwest plumbing invoiced for the job without closing out the permit. They were quick to invoice and collect the payment but never close out the permit resulting in a fine and county violation. They do not answer their phones or respond to voice mails and email messages. Buyer BEWARE!

I had someone from Coral Gables Plumbers come and look what it would take to repair my shower handle. They never called me back. I left 2 messages and received no response. After my 3rd call it appeared as if they blocked my number. According the new plumber I hired, the person from Coral Gables Plumbing did more damage than anything else. Very disappointed.

I never going to use their service again. I’ll not recommend this

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The plumber will take your money and fix nothing. They dispatched a plumber who came to inspect the toilet and demanded a $129 inspection fee. Said he would come back later to buy parts and fix it, but never did. Despite calling the company multiple times, customer service did nothing to fix the problem. They seem to only have one plumber on call, and if you allow him, he will scam you out of your money.
