Abraham was very punctual, even arrivng early. He was knowlegeable and worked quickly. He was not cheap. A $200 part and 35 minutes of labor came to $590. He did have to travel to a nearby plumbing store to find a part which he said was included in labor time. We also had an misunderstanding on the job cost. He initially quoted $590 but I asked for a total of $500 for parts and labor. We agreed verbally. But I was charged $590. I signed an invoice for $590 on his cell phone. I didn't have my glassed and could not read it clearly. That's my fault I agree but I felt that I was taken advantage of.

Response to my appointment request was fast and very professional. The office called to ask about my plumbing issue and immediately sent someone to fix it. Ariel was professional and friendly and worked fast. I have had some bad experience lately with other home repair companies but this time I think I can say you're the right fit for me and what I look for in a good service oriented organization. Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

Mark came out on a Saturday, after Christmas and helped me out of a jam. We had a clog that affected half of our house and he was able to get us fixed up in less than an hour! He also was able to fix a clogged floor drain that had been an issue for years. Thanks again Mark!

Do not use these jokers. They will bill you 10x and not finish the job properly. They removed my sink disposal because they said it was in the weigh of my sink pipes. They also btriwd to bill me for their driving time, time to put together an invoice and talking to his wife. He then lied and said his wife, was someone at the office and was a nickname. He thought I couldn't understand Spanish. Stay away.
