Abraham was very responsive. He reached out right away, before anyone else did. We needed a tankless water heater swapped out. He came right when we needed him based on our schedule. He was professional, explained every step and pricing was reasonable. Highly recommend their service.

Decidedly poor service from this company. Their main goal is denigrating other companies and requesting contracts for tens of thousands of dollars. Byer beware.

Our previous plumber left the state so I used an online job referral feature to find a plumber for help with our broken Rinnai tankless water heater. I received a few company's requests, including KNC Plumbing. What I noticed different about KNC was the owner, Kristopher, who communicated useful advice and quickly responded to both emails and phone calls. The other companies just wanted to send someone out. whereas I could tell Kristopher was passionate about his job and wanted to find the best solution, starting before the onsite service call. When Kristopher came out, he did a thorough job of testing the tankless water heater, and really listened to my wife and my explanations of the problem. He provided options, including future upgrade paths. Kristopher got on the phone with Rinnai directly and cleaned the flame rods and igniter to get our heater working again for a very low service call price. It is my impression Kristopher has extensive tankless water heater and plumbing experience and is truly dedicated to doing his best for customers as his primary goal. He could have upsold us and recommended we replace our 7 1/2 year old unit, but he was able to fix it instead. This expertise and honesty is why I recommend him to anyone with a tankless water heater or other plumbing issue.

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.

I have been using them for probably 4 or 5 years and they are just incredible...They always return my call....quick service to say the least the next day....friendly technicians....and always nice to talk to. Absolutely the most expensive, worst value experience I've ever had. Called them for a backed up pipe. They quoted me $400, because they offered to take video of the problem to see exactly what it was. I reluctantly agreed. Got a call from the plumber when the problem was corrected. Three days later there was a charge of $843 on my credit card. Called them several times, and was finally told they were waiting for a VP to get back in town, and they would get back to me the next day. I'm still waiting! In the meantime, I initiated a dispute through my credit card company and was issued a conditional credit, but because I was never provided with an invoice or any other documentation from Douglas Orr for the charge, they had no basis for negotiation.
This was not my first disappointing experience with Douglas Orr. It was, however, the most blatantly unprofessional, and the last in a series.
