I scheduled Roto-Rooter plumbing with Andy to fix shower temperature, pressure and drain. He was able to come quickly and didn’t leave until the job was completed perfectly. Great service!!

Amazing Plumber! I called Rob multiple times for advice when the water started backing up in both bathrooms. He was so helpful right off the bat, offering me guidance and helping me to figure out what was going on. We had already made arrangements for another plumbing service to come check out the problem, but when I called Rob to ask what he thought about their assessment he was straight to the point and honest. The advice he gave me really helped, and ultimately we ended up having Rob come to our house. He came the same day. He fixed the problem right away at a very affordable price (much less than the estimate we were given by the other company). He will be our go-to plumber from here on out.

This place is a scam. It is not in the Gables. It is not even Gables Plumbing. It is Sparkle Plumbing. Look them up on Yelp and you will see why they are trying to use a different name. If what the plumber told me is correct, he spent over 90 minutes getting to Miracle Mile from his office. Obviously, this is not in Coral Gables. I was told that he would be here certainly by 3:30 yesterday afternoon, possibly sooner. Possibly sooner meant that I was trapped in the house, waiting. He arrived this morning at 10:25. $95 for a site visit when the problem could have been resolved over the phone: a breaker tripped inside the water heater, behind a cover. Dishonest about who they are, dishonest about where they are, dishonest about when they will arrive, and happy to take your money. Scam. And it sure looks to me like Google is getting fooled by false positive reviews.

Juan is an excellent Plumber. The man is honest and very professional honestly we are so glad we found him. Everyone else wants to milk every dollar out of you with bad service, horrible customer care and with minimal effort. Do yourself a favor and reach out to Laredo Plumbing if you want a Plumber you can trust for years to come. Thank you Juan you're the freaking man!!!
