I have had several bad experiences with this company, and still decided to give them a second chance and well, lesson learned.
Besides the extremely high pricing, their customer service department is all over the place, not trained, and overall incompetent. After two calls and several emails, I finally got a response after 5 days, to which I am initially met with being interrupted while I'm speaking and just the worst attitude.
I can't stress this enough. Do not call this company.

Just had my whole house re-piped with Home pros. They did an excellent job. Jose and his crew were very knowledgeable and did their best to minimize the mess. I definitely recommend Home Pros to anyone who is looking to do a re-pipe. These guys are great at what they do.

After searching for installations service to install a whole house water filter, softener and UV system we had Kristopher stop by for an estimate.

Naturally he was on time, professional, knowledgeable and succinct with both the the walk through and the analysis of what would best be needed to get the job done compared to the other estimates we had received.

He was able to recommend optimum placement of the tanks, UV system mounting, pipe rerouting , installation of bypass systems for easier service and maintenance later and he went above and beyond to make the system look extremely clean.
