They were late every time they promised a window to arrive. They did work on a Wednesday and were back on a Saturday to do more work. It has not been a good experience at all with Roto Rooter. i would not recommend. The second plumber that came looked like he knew what he was doing. Just not a company I would recommend. I will go a different direction next time.

I had an emergency plumbing situation on late Friday afternoon. Lee went out of his way to stop by my house for a consultation. He pin-pointed the issue within minutes of arriving to my house. Lee had a great attitude and was very professional. I'm keeping his card and will call him if I ever have any other plumbing issues.
