We had an issue with the kitchen sink and Roto Rooter came on the 23rd of December just before Christmas Eve. The senior Tech, Robert, was very professional and took care of the issue immediately. He not only fixed the issue but explained why it had happened. He later stayed to make sure the dishwashing cycle finished in order to confirm that his job was well done. Definitely will call this company again and request service from Robert.

I wish there were more stars to give this company and their employees! Mr.Jean & Mr.Trevin were very professional at the point of arrival. They LISTEN to us ( mom & I) and allowed us to express our concerns and issues. Afterwards he (Trevin) went to assess the problem. In the mist of explaining everything he did practiced social distance for everyone’s safety. Mr. Jean then arrived as well to assist him and assess the damages as well, they both explained the issue and how to rectify problem detail by detail, also pricing so there would be no misunderstanding. Mr Jean also clarified to make sure “WE” my mother and I understood what type of work needed to be done to correct the issue an what happens next if we choose to move forward with the service. Thanks a bunch! Roto Rooter would MOST DEFINITELY be that company! Mr. Jean & Mr.Trevin provided phenomenal service today...Thank you again♥️

I would put a 0 if I could. They never showed up and when I called they had not scheduled the appointment . They told me they would call me back. They never did. I called again and they told me to look for someone else to do the job. I don't know if this guy Edwin ( the one I spoke with ) is the owner or an employee but certainly has no idea on how to run a business. Same goes for his secretary who took the appointment and probably wrote it down on toilet paper. Don't call this guys unless you want to waste your day waiting for a ghost like I did.
