Best Bathroom Leaks in Miami FL

I was contacted by the owner, Alex, and he informed me that the Plumber that came to my home was let go due to the incident. He assured me that the behavior of that employee will not be tolerated in his company. I must say, I was very impressed with the way he promptly investigated and handled the problem. I feel better knowing that the actions that took place were of the employee and not of the company. I can appreciate a company that does not stand for people being taking advantage of. Alex made me feel like he cared. I can now say that if I had another issue I would call them back again. Thank you Alex for all of your help.

Can someone tell me why they tried to charge me $560.00 to replace a bath and shower faucet? On Friday morning, the faucet in my sons’ bathroom was stripped so we could not get the water to turn off. As a result, we called Pro Plumbing and I explained my problem to the customer service provider for the company that answered my call. She told me that someone would arrive in less than an hour, and soon, two workers arrived in order to situate the issue. The workers went to the back of the house, turned off the water to the house, and then told us that they had to go to home depot to purchase a part. I got a call from one of the workers saying that he saw a bath-and-shower faucet set for $53.00, asking if I wanted him to purchase it, a question to which I replied in agreement. When they returned, however, one person just started walking around while the other went into the bathroom. He was in there for about 30 minutes before he came out and told me that he needed to go back to Home Depot because the part was defective. He came back about 40 minutes later, went back in the bathroom, and shut the door. About 10 minutes later, I walked into the bathroom and saw that he was doing nothing. Then he told me that it looked like someone had to be messing with the water heater which confused me. I told him that was not possible due to the fact that I have a tankless water heater which I can’t reach unless I stand on the dryer and tip-toe. Then he started saying that it was complicated. I had to wake my boyfriend up at this point and tell him what was going on. He went to the bathroom which was in the same condition as it was when the workers had arrived. As he was standing there, that guy repaired, replaced and cleaned up in less than 20 minutes before going to his truck and issuing us a bill for $560.00, a price which fluctuated heavily, as after speaking to someone at the office, he came down to $340.00. The service provided to me by this company proved to be exceedingly poor and inefficient, thus, prompting the need for me to compose and submit this complaint.

I had a good experience with Main Plumbing. My water heater thermostat went bad. They gave me the information on replacing the thermostat in my old water heater versus buying a new water heater. With that education I decided to replace the thermostat. The job went great and I now have hot water. The customer service was great. Some other plumbers get bad attitudes when working through challenges but Main Plumbing was professional and explained everything to me.

Hands down the best plumber and and plumbing company I have use in the Hialeah/Miami area. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He was efficient and I had previous plumbers tell me it couldn’t be done but he had enough experience and knowledge to overcome those objectives thanks again! If you need a good pluming company with great customer service and knowledge Hernandez pluming company is the one to use!

I had a bit of an emergency this week when I broke a toilet bowl. Mokher responded quickly and replaced the toilet. The work was efficient and high quality. What I didn't expect was the great attention to detail with caulking and even clean-up. Worth every penny.

On an emergency call they Installed me a water heater for my hair salon. They were on time and professional. I will use them again. Marco
