Best Any Repairs in Miami FL

My only complaint is they did not arrive within the 2 hr. Window. Ended up not mattering because the other stove man came early. He had a 12 to 4 window. 2 hrs puts too much pressure on the workers. Other than that they were great. The plumber fixed three problems and did a great job. I felt badly they still had a job to go to in Naples on a Friday night. Great workers!

We discovered a leak in the wall (after finding water on the floor). We called but at the time of day (and with the Tropical Storm that had just passed) they could not find a plumber to come out. We opened the wall and did a temporary patch. Emir Barban came out first thing this morning. He worked very quickly and professionally. Given Covid-19 he was wearing a mask and even put on shoe covers. He not only did the repair job of our leaky pipe but he also cleaned up after himself and left everything better than it was before. We couldn't be happier with him or Hernandez Plumbing. Thank you for coming out quickly and doing such a great job!

The plumber was respectful and pleasant during our greeting. I needed the main water shut off valve replaced in an area that was partial damp most of the time. This caused the valve to rust and eventually disintegrate. The plumber and I discussed designs to prevent and solve this problem from recurring.
A professional decision was made to avoid a similar outcome. Excellent job Falcon! Thank you for continuous service in the community.

Scheduled an appointment with them. The guy showed up an hour late. He did a good job narrowing the cause of the problem and he scheduled to come back the following week to complete the repairs. When the day came, I texted him to confirm that we were still on. He texted back that he has another job to finish and he may be late. He didn't reply to my response asking what time he would be able to make it or if we had to reschedule.

Texted him again the day after and the day after that. Called him multiple times. No responsse. That's not professional.

Just to show you how dishonest this guy is, he just replied to my review saying that I have the wrong business. Doesn't he know I have the text messages from his phone number?

Dishonest people really bother me.

Plumbing problems are the quickest way to ruin any day. Thankfully KNC Plumbing was quick to respond to my bathroom “issue” and delivered a thorough service at a very reasonable price. I was back to reigning on my throne the same day!

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.
