Stay away, they string you along and don't follow through with your project. They get mad when you call to question what is going on. After months of delays and lies, you finally state you want your money back and they use the contract to keep your money.POOR COMMUNICATIONS POOR WORKMANSHIP THEY DON'T DO THE WORK, FORCE YOU TO TERMINATE, THEN ENFORCE CONTRACT TO TAKE YOUR MONEY.STAY AWAY, BAD COMPANY!!!

Jim did an EXCELLENT job diagnosing a sewer line problem. I also had him reseal one of my toilets. Jim is VERY responsive and on time. I found his prices reasonable enough. He is a pleasure to work with and also speaks English! Will definitely use him again in the future.

Mike was amazing he came he and helped me with my tankless water heater as I am not familiar with it and he answered all my questions and was very polite and not only that he was fast working and very efficient he assured me that if i needed anything else i could reach out to them 24/7 which really helps when you have emergencies late at night i cant thank him enough if i could give them 10 stars i would thank you so much true flow plumbing🙂

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.
