The service technician Luis came out and installed my new water heater within two hours. He even checked to see if the water was turning hot, I would recommend these folks.

I had an emergency this past Saturday. Oscar (the onwer) came right the way and was super attentive, professional and helpful.
He immediately found the cause of the leak.

They came fast and found the problem under my sink. Unfortunately, my landlord decided to use cheaper service for the repair, so I can’t say anything about the repair service but they came fast and demonstrated professionalism and willingness to help!

Even though I should, I don't write many reviews. That being said, I couldn't go without giving Grade 1 Plumbing a great review. We had a water softener and RO filter to install from our previous house. We also had our sink/faucet to plumb. I could have done that part, but the price was so reasonable, it was better for me to have them to do it. Confident, competent, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend. I found them through Home Advisor but for some reason, it won't let me review them on there.
