We've been looking for a good, honest, fair price plumber ever since our last one .over away. We found out new plumber. Kris, owner of KNC. I could go on and on about how pleased we are with Kris. But in short, he's totally legit. Another plumber gave us a quote for a sink install that was almost 3x as high as Kris qoute and final price for the sink install. He did a wonderful job. I came upon EZ Miami Plumbing as a result of a leak in my wall. I called multiple plumbing companies and was told by most that it would be days before someone could help. Enter Angel Ruiz, the owner of this company and a literal angel. He actually took my call, and told me he would come out within the hour. Then he actually showed up on time. It's a Miami miracle. All I can say is WOW! He was polite, professional, and fixed my problem until he could come back the next day and finalize the repair. I actually feel like his prices are fair, which in a city like Miami is highly unusual. He showed up the next day on time to finish the job (another Miami miracle) He was so impressive and wonderful that I hired him on the spot to do an entire re-pipe of my 1930's Coconut Grove home. This guy is legit, highly recommend.

I highly recommend this company because of their fast response, courteous service and professionalism. It was explained to me very clearly what the cost will be and when the plumber got to my house he gave me options before doing anything since my house has very old pipes.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The plumber will take your money and fix nothing. They dispatched a plumber who came to inspect the toilet and demanded a $129 inspection fee. Said he would come back later to buy parts and fix it, but never did. Despite calling the company multiple times, customer service did nothing to fix the problem. They seem to only have one plumber on call, and if you allow him, he will scam you out of your money.
