I have been a customer of Coral Gables Plumbing for 22+ years. I am currently working with Master Plumber, Mr. Nino Fidencio Jr., who is running tests to see if any repairs are necessary to the cast iron pipes in my house (originally built in the 70s/major renovations in 1992). I feel confident that I am dealing with Plumber who is knowledgeable about this potential problem, in older homes in my neighborhood, and I will be treated honestly/fairly with the cost of the repairs and extent of the scope of work which may be necessary. Very professional and timely on a Sunday

Miami Plumber has performed several plumbing and HVAC service calls for me, and on each occasion they have been responsive. Had an oil leak in my basement, and they were on-site, fixed the leak, and completed the service call in less than two hours of my initial phone contact. That is prompt service!

Laredo was always available when I would give him a call in any questions or concerns I had about remodeling my master bathroom. He's very serious about his work and gets things done as fast as possible. Would recommend him to all my friends!!

I can't say enough great things about the plumbing work Jim/3rd Rock did at our place. I had a few items I needed help on including replacing two old toilets, installation of a new dishwasher and water leaking from the hose of our shower head. Jim was extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails leading up to the installation day, coordinating the ordering and pick up of equipment in advance. On the day of he came prepared (and on time!) completing the removal of the old equipment and installation seamlessly within a few hours. He was very courteous as I peppered him with questions about other general plumbing concerns (i.e. how can I get my kitchen sink to drain better, how often do water heaters need to get replaced, etc) and offered insightful responses.

So lucky to have found him and will definitely use him for our future plumbing needs!

Recommended AAA Pro Plumbing to a really good friend that faced a pretty unfortunate septic tank issue and backup. Not only were they professional, affordable and knowledgeable but they were extremely efficient. It's hard to find reliable plumbers but they are definitely the best around.

I was very happy with the customer service from Rony. He explained everything carefully and followed up with images which I was grateful for as I do not live full time in the area so was managing the job from overseas. I can recommend this company.

I have been using Call A Plumber at my building for the past thirteen (13) years. They have always been fair and courteous every time I have needed service. Always arriving on time and a great value for what they do. I will continue to use their services as long as I am the Property Manager of this building.

Contacted this company a few days ago, and they responded on time and got the job done quickly. I needed my drain unclogged and they were able to do it in a very fast time. Angel was very professional and very hardworking and was able to repair my drain perfectly. Would recommend contacting this company if you need any work done.

I called this company for a very minor repair. They told me they charge $150 per hour.
They did pre-authorize my card which should have been my first clue.
I was initially told that I will be given 30 minute notice before plumber arrives. It was very important to me so I double checked that they would - they said yes of course
They did call me on the day of service and told me that the plumber is on his way and will be there in 30 minutes. I came to the lobby precisely in 30 minutes only to find the plumber already sitting there playing with his phone. He performed the repair and was out in 40 minutes. I asked him for the invoice. He said he doesn't deal with that and the office will send it to me right away.
24 hours later my card was charged for $463.50. No invoice, nothing. I called them. The woman on the phone (Christina) emailed me the invoice within 2 minutes (so they had it ready they just did not want to send it unless I call to complain). I saw that they charged me for 2 hours of plumbing work!!!! Plus parts!!! When I told them that the plumber was there for under 1 hour Christina actually said that they count the time from when the plumber is dispatched not when he arrives (yes these words actually came out of her mouth). I immediately requested to speak with supervisor. Zero response. I emailed the next day. Supervisor (Eddy Villamil) responded the following we are charging you for 2 hours. That's it. I emailed again explaining the situation. Zero response.
I did have text message exchange with the plumber who told me that he already arrived to the building by the time their dispatcher called me. He confirmed that in writing. So I basically paid $150 for their scheduling mistake

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. The plumber will take your money and fix nothing. They dispatched a plumber who came to inspect the toilet and demanded a $129 inspection fee. Said he would come back later to buy parts and fix it, but never did. Despite calling the company multiple times, customer service did nothing to fix the problem. They seem to only have one plumber on call, and if you allow him, he will scam you out of your money.
