I called at 9:30 pm, someone picked up right away, got some info on the water heater, and schedule an appointment for the next day.
The installer called before he came, went over all the cost, and proceeded to get everything completed in about 1.5 hours.

Set a time and then no showed then I tryed giving a second chance and show up at a total different time tried convincing me that more work needed to be done then what actually needed to be done and also had equipment that did not work was very shady

Jim does great work. He was very professional and took care of my Bath tub and shower problems as well as a hand sink. He shows up on time and trouble shoots the job and makes sure everything is functioning perfect before he leaves. There were two Evolution Plumbing trucks across the street as I discovered the hot water pipe to the kitchen sink was leaking underground. I went to ask for advice and they were very friendly. They proposed to run new lines through the attic instead of busting the concrete slab and the no-longer available floor tiles. The work was scheduled just a few days later. They arrived 30 minutes early and did a great job, which was not an easy one. They fixed the sink drain, showed us our reverse osmosis system was never setup properly with no proper drain, and replaced the copper water line to the fridge with a pex tubing, all at no extra charge. They did a great job at a very fair price, based on the comments from my insurance agent, and we were very satisfied by the services rendered.
