The technician (Isaac) was very knowledgeable and explained everything quite thoroughly.
Unfortunately, the senior plumber guy came a short time after Isaac started.

This senior plumber/salesman did his very best to convince us that the water would flood our home before the night was over if we didn't get the small repair now.
Bottom line is we were ripped off for close to $2,000! (eg. 3 small emergency shut-off values under each toilet $900!)
These guys are SMOOTH!

I have given a rating of 5 stars based on the end product. Everything that I needed accomplished was finally done to excellent standards. I had the company install an RV sewer line with a water access, and also to install a faucet to the side of my house. There were some growing pains caused by a misunderstanding of what was acceptable to me, however as stated, the final result is what is important, and it was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future!

Jorge was not only accommodating to scheduling the night before, texting with his ETA, and to coming 30 minutes later than I originally quoted. I called this company based on the positive reviews posted on NextDoor, and they were great! The person I spoke to at the office was very friendly and capable, and helped me feel very confident in their ability to help me. They were able to send someone out the next morning (it wasn’t an emergency) and he arrived right at the beginning of the 2-hour window they’d given me.

Warren was also very friendly and professional. He was quickly able to determine how to resolve the broken pipe, and actually improved the set up so the shower is better overall, not just back to the way it was. The price was less than I was anticipating, too.

Altogether, I am very pleased with my dealings with this company and would recommend them to others.

Rainforest Plumbing has come to my residence twice now to help with plumbing issues. My first was a few years ago when a pipe burst in my house's concrete slab. They came and found the leak and suggested to install pex to run the new line. They were on time, professional, and had everything setup and situated. A few years later, I had a new issue with my kitchen and didn't want to go at it myself, and Rainforest was the first I thought of. They came the very next day on time, explained everything that happened and what they did, and next steps. Once again, they exceeded my expectations and were professional all the way through.
