Chad came to install a microwave that I purchased at Lowe’s. He was courteous, considerate and efficient. He went above and beyond. Also Leanna who called to schedule the installation was very pleasant and efficient. Overall a very good experience. I would call them for any future plumbing needs I might have.

Roto Hero was very responsive and their staff was so kind to me. Allen came out to replace the valves in my laundry room and did such a thorough job...and quickly too! He helped move my old washer out as well and cleaned my floor. He went above and beyond!

We saw a leak on Sunday afternoon and by Monday morning Dillon was here replacing our water heater. He was very professional and cleaned up after himself. I am blown away at the skill level my repairman Sergio had. He went above and beyond to solve my plumbing problem. He was courteous curtains and sensitive to my problem. He gave me many options and so much information on the different options to make the best one for my problem. He was great. I can’t say enough fantastic things about him.
