Best Water Line Restoration in Mesa AZ

We replaced 2 older TRANE systems. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, kept us informed of the process, and left the work areas clean. We compared 5 companies on price for the same units, and PlumbSmart was the best value. They also helped us evaluate the tonnage of the AC Units for our home. We were able to reduce our overall needed capacity by 2 tons. Very happy with our decision. Nicolas is easy to work with. I particularly enjoyed the light, fun banter within the install team. Clearly demonstrates PlumbSmart is a good place to work, which makes it good for customers.

We came home from a family vacation and had an A/C unit not cooling. We called Parker and Sons and had a tech here the next day. We weren't excited to hear we had to replace the unit but it was 34 years old. The second day a new unit was installed by Steve Wopinski and he and his assistant was very professional and friendly. By the end of the day we were cool again. We've used Parker an Sons for plumbing, electric and A/C issues and have always been impressed with the techs that came here. Thank you Parker and Sons.

These guys are honest and very professional! I had some backups in my sewer pipe in the past that made me think that possibly I had roots in the line. They came out with a camera to inspect it for me. They let me watch as they ran the camera through the lines and explained what we were seeing. Luckily, there were no roots or any other serious problems that required repairs, but I got the piece of mind knowing that I didn’t have a potential disaster on my hands. They didn’t try to sell me on any other services that I didn’t need or try to pretend there was a problem just to get me for some unnecessary repair work. I would recommend them to anyone needing good, reliable, and honest plumbing or sewer repair!

This is the only Plumer I will ever call again. Great work done fast and on time. With good manners to boot.

Apparently they are out of business. Long story short, I gave them a $4500 deposit July 25, 2022.. Five months later, they are out of business….with a realtor lockbox on the door and a “traffic boot” on their trailer in the parking lot. No answer to daily phone calls for weeks. Broken promises, one obfuscation after another. This is the only time in my life I have ever said this about a business—they are CROOKS.
