Best Water Softeners / Carbon Filters in Mesa AZ

The service I received was incomplete and without confirmation of what was wrong. The tech did say their electrician and a sales person would call me. The next day. The calls never came. My AC was completely down and apparently no one at Parker and Sons cared to call me even though I pay a monthly fee to be on their family plan! The total opposite of family plan...appears to me the Parker Family could care less about families they service are suffering in 90 degree house! In addition to this negative experience, my personal friend had Parker and Sons service his AC and the tech drove a screw through the coils and created a leak. Parker and Sons denied they did the damage and my friend had to pay for the repair out of his pocket. Parker and Sons lie as well as neglect to follow up with customers in need.
