Best Water Softener System in Mesa AZ

I needed a plumber within 4 hours as our house is an Airbnb and I needed help clearing the drain before new guests showed up. BSJ delivered, they had Dustin at my house so fast and he was very professional and communicated with me wonderfully as I was not on site. Thank you!!!

Gregg of G&G plumbing came into my home repaired both of my toilets also fixed the water flow on my faucets. Gregg was very punctual, clean and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend G&G Plumbing for any thing you need done

Wade did a Wonderful job! He on time, courteous and informed me of everything that he was doing and what the cost was. He installed a garbage disposal, a new kitchen faucet, a new shower head and handle and unclogged three sinks, that were draining slow. I am So Glad that I chose these guys and have told Everyone I know, that I have found a New and Better Plumber! That's saying something, because the previous plumbing company, I had used for years and they were great too. But, they didn't call me back and when I called them again, their voicemail was full.

If you want integrity and professional call only these guys. I was blown away by them, their knowledge and I just LOVE how they saved my home money. Thank you so much to the staff and this company! You guys are amazing!

Set a time and then no showed then I tryed giving a second chance and show up at a total different time tried convincing me that more work needed to be done then what actually needed to be done and also had equipment that did not work was very shady

This company was referred to me and they responded right away and fixed the issue immediately.

I had a leaking shower valve that was unprofessionally installed by a handyman and was leaking into the first floor of our home. Needless to say… it a huge problem that needed to be fixed quickly. I left a voicemail for Gordon and he promptly called me back. He showed up on-time, did a great job explaining what the issue was and gave me a flat rate quote for the repair. It was more than I was expecting, but that’s ok— having the job done by a professional gave us the peace of mind we needed. Gordon did much of the plumbing assembly outside to avoid making a mess. After the work was done, he showed me the finished project and was also kind enough to alert me to some miscellaneous plumbing issues that he noted around the outside of our home, suggesting that we keep an eye on them. He was never pushy about moving forward with additional repairs, which I appreciated. He then went back to his truck to write up the invoice… and magically it was $137 more than our agreed upon “flat rate”! Needless to say, I was a bit surprised. I asked what the additional charge was for… initially he couldn’t remember, but then said it was for the new trim kit he got. I thought that was included in the quote since he said he would pick one up and install it? I asked how much the trim kit was, and he didn’t want to say. I then wondered if the job took him longer than he expected, and if so, what his hourly rate was? Well, he didn’t have one and explained that the flat rate model worked out better for the customer anyway (I agree!). Needless to say, he couldn’t articulate what the additional $137 was for. We eventually settled for the original quote he gave me, acting as if he was doing me a favor. Perhaps I’m not the demographic that Gordon typically caters to— particularly, a young new home buyer with an unexpected $1100 expense— but the whole pricing situation left me feeling a little off about my interactions with Gordon. It’s really a shame since he did such great work and we are tremendously grateful for his prompt response. I would absolutely call him again for future plumbing needs, but would first make sure that we have a better understanding of how his pricing works before moving forward.

Knows his trade, shows up when he says he will, calls with status.
Drawback - his prices are very expensive. For example: a shower valve replacement that should be about $400 cost me $700.

After getting a $10,000 guote from another plumbing company Davis plumbing came out and repaired it for $139. It has been great for the last 2 weeks and the toilets they also replaced are great. Having them come back out and do other facets It's great to see companies that know what they are doing and not just throwing money at a problem. Great job

Evolution Plumbing replaced my gas water heater in the same day that I called, and willing to provide an estimate of the cost before they came. The installation was very professional, Eric took the time to explain the length of time it would take along with letting us know to call them anytime with questions that may arise. Now that's exceptional customer service!
They will definitely be my plumber of choice moving forward!

Called to ask for a quote. Joe said he could come by next day and to send him my information. I did within a minute and have not heard from or seen him for over 3 days. Hope everyone else gets better service. I was hoping for better going to a smaller company. I was wrong.
