Kendall Plumbing was called to fix an issue another plumbing company caused. The other plumber dropped a scraper tool down our toilet drain while doing a wax ring replacement. He then tried to retrieve it, but he only pushed it further back. We knew we needed to get it out to avoid possible back ups in the future. That is where Kendall Plumbing and Warren came in to save the day! They don’t make a tool specifically for this job, so Warren had to come up with an option to get it out. What I appreciate so much was he kept trying and didn’t give up after a couple of failed attempts. What a sense of relief I felt when I saw him pull it out of the drain! We will definitely be using them for all of our plumbing needs in the future! Trust me, you don’t want to call the other guys! Thank you Warren and Kendall Plumbing so much!

I scheduled Robins Plumbing to locate the sewer clean out at my new house. Ben was able quickly find it buried under some landscaping features. I wanted the clean out to be accessible above ground and Ben explained what my options were and made some good suggestions based on potential uses for the clean out in the future.
