This company from the moment I called was more focused on selling their service plan than solving my A/C issue. The tech showed up to find issues with my AC unit that wasn’t cooling very well, spent 10 minutes outside and quoted me $500 for a “leak check” and between $2600-$4000 for a leak repair- mind you my system is 2 years old and under mechanical warranty, so this is JUST labor costs. also, the tech didn’t even go into the attic to look at the unit!! He just made his determination based on my refrigerant being 14 PSI lower than full. On top of the outrageous quote for a leak check and repair, he starts pushing a “free appraisal” to get a whole new unit! What is that?? I’m baking in my house, and just wanted a diagnosis and fix. I ended up having someone else come out, too off the refrigerant, and apply leak stop later that same day for 1/10th of the quote form Parker and sons. This place is criminal and out of their minds if they think I’m ever having them near my property again. I can’t believe they felt comfortable charging me for a service call and DIDN’T even check my unit in the attic.

High integrity again - Aaron came out (June 2021) for another property. He fixed a faucet issue, avoiding replacement, and instead of replacing what I thought were gate valves based on the handles, said they are already ball valves, worked fine, and advised keeping them, saving me more money. He also changed two hose bibs. All very reasonably. The tenant was very happy and impressed with his professionalism and quality service.

April 2021 service - Davis Plumbing & Drain was able to provide their hourly rate by phone before they came out. Brett fixed my 4 year old water heater at a very reasonable price because it was hourly and parts, not by the job. He was honest and did not oversell me. He checked the parts and only repaired what was needed. Excellent customer service. Will absolutely call Davis Plumbing again.

I called in a panic because my sewer line was clogged. It was 4 in the afternoon and they were booked for the rest of the night. The person taking my call made a couple calls and rescheduled another client so they could take care of me. The techs were great and very professional
