Update: After referring 3 people in my family for new HVACS, I finally needed this service myself. One of my ACs dumped out on the night b4 Father's Day. They had a tech out by 8:30 that Sunday. I needed a new unit. I had 2 that were 16 years old! I decided to replace both. Yesterday, in 8 hours, I had 2 new QUIET units up and working. They rebuilt the attic access trapdoor BETTER than it had been before. They cleaned up so well that you'd never know they'd been here. And I have a light carpet!The crew was neat, courteous, and arrived when they said they would. Thank you, Dukes. Poor service. They always try to fix the refrigerant, but come back every year saying it broke again.
