Our technician Robert was amazing, he was here on time, kind, professional, and very informative when it came to resolving & repairing a leak with our copper pipe.

He was also kind enough to make some suggestions for future items to be updated. Absolutely appreciated the efforts for issue prevention.

Myself and two neighbors decided to have Plumbsmart install AC units in our homes. Mine was completed yesterday. The installers ( Trent and Nate ) were fantastic! Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful and hard working. They put in extra time trying to install my Ecobee only to determine it was defective. I would definitely recommend this company as I’m in business and count and rely on referrals. Extremely satisfied!

One HVAC company couldn’t solve problem yesterday, they actually recommended Dukes! Technician (I think it was Manuel) did a great job. Problem was solved quickly.

Set an appointment yesterday 8/8 and Christian just finished up at 8/9. He was great and explained/answered every question I had. Finished up the project very quickly. Was on time within the appointment window and friendly/professional. Will be using Mason pro services if needed again because of Christian!

Nobody likes starting the new year out with issues on their beautiful home but that just happened to be my situation my bathroom faucets are leaking wich normally isnt a big deal anyway so called Fast lane plumbing to come take a look and was happy to hear they do same day plumbing, and whithin minutes of him arriving he knoticed my upstairs was leaking making water leak down through the walls wich come to find out was coming from those bad fixtures but only because I had a small crack in the drain coming out from those vanities and the consistent water leaking from the faucets was creating all the damage never would have known had David with fast lane Plumbing not put his knowledge and expertise to the situation supper happy we fix the situation before mold started growing and all of it got taken care of same day. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
