The tech installed a water softener and a RO system. Tech was very good at what he does very professional and explained everything to my wife and myself, and asked us several times if we had any questions. We are very satisfied with the installation.

The sump pump in the basement stopped working. Contacted Mason Pro Services through their website. They got right back to me and said they could have someone out that afternoon. The technician arrived when he said he would. He took it apart and we discussed my options. We decided to replace it, so Mack went and bought a new pump and had it working the same day.

Chas Roberts installed our AC in our new home. After dealing with them for three years and having parts replaced and the system barely could keep my house below 80 in the summer, I called valley AC. They did a fantastic job and showed me how bad chas is as a company. I would safe yourself a lot of trouble in the end unless your planning on during them u will never get them to do anything. I paid 1300 to repair damage done by the techs and poor install of the unit that was 3 years old. What a joke. Call valley AC. Very professional and honest.
