Best Refrigerant Leak in Mesa AZ

I had previously gone with another company that I wasn't happy with and decided to give these guys a shot. They were amazing. They saved me money and explained exactly what was going on and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. Special mention for Larry, my technician, he was personable professional and fast! Definitely sticking with this company from here on out and telling all my friends!

Started this work on July 22 have not finished I have three 4 inch wide holes cut through my walls with another round of rain coming ,have received excellent service in pass but they're now saying that they cannot continue to do more work for three weeks.seems unreasonable Would like to revisit this review when work is complete. Unfortunately unhappy for now.

They were absolutely great. Called me back promptly, showed up promptly, tech wore a mask, fixed the issue quickly.

Absolutely a terrible HVAC company to deal with. I purchased a new Fulton Home last year, and Chas Roberts did the install. We have had multiple issues with the system in this short period of time, they come out and claim to fix the problem, but then the same issue happens again. Last month our unit shut down and it took them 1 1/2 days to respond. The technician supposedly fixed the problem, then last week the same issue happened again. I was told it would take two days for service. I was irate, and asked for a supervisor to call me. No one ever called me. I had to hire another company to come out and get the unit running again. Last night another issue and it shut down. Many of my neighbors are having the same problem with this company, and now we are being told we can't get service until September, which is a week away. This company should lose their license and the Registrar of Contractors needs to shut them down. Sharing equal blame is Fulton Homes. Shame on them for hiring such a horrible HVAC contractor. They should have zero stars but Google required me to at least pick one star.
